- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. User Responsibilities
- Upload only truthful and appropriate information.
- Do not impersonate another person or company.
- Avoid posting unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content.
- Do not use bots or automated scraping tools.
- Do not interfere with Platform security.
- Violation may result in suspension or legal action.
5. Employer and Recruiter Terms
- Use data obtained from the Platform only for legitimate hiring purposes.
- Do not share candidate data with unauthorized third parties.
- Comply with employment and data protection laws.
- Avoid posting misleading or fake job listings.
- We reserve the right to verify and remove inappropriate listings.
6. Fees and Payments
- Certain services require payment; all fees will be displayed before purchase.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

- All payments are subject to applicable taxes under Indian law.
7. Intellectual Property Rights

10. Limitation of Liability
- Dialog Dynamics Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for data loss, unauthorized access, or service interruptions.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the past three months.
11. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.
- You may close your account anytime by contacting support.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
